Professional Training

Seminars are tailored to meet your specific time frames and needs. Program Consultation
Dr. Patterson has many years of experience developing, implementing and managing substance abuse/co-occurring programs. She is available to conduct assessment and interventions to optimize the effectiveness of your program. She can provide staff training and supervision to maximize each team member's knowledge and skills for your organization.
Clinical Supervision
Individual or facility staff supervision is available and is provided directly by Dr. Patterson. She is qualified by the State of Tennessee as a Clinical Supervisor for those persons seeking licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. She is able to provide supervision for licensed counselors desiring to continue with supervision, those moving into a supervision role or those supervisors who need guidance to develop their supervisory skills and abilities.
Drug Education
Drug education classes are provided in various counties in Tennessee.The drug education classes are offered for adults and adolescents. They are conducted on zoom in 2 four hour sessions over 2 consecutive weeks. The classes are geared toward persons who have a first time drug offense, positive urine drug screens while on probation, those abusing substances or simply in need of basic education about alcohol, other drugs, effective communication skills, 12-Step programs and other relevant topics.
